What's Your Getter Competition Terms and Conditions

Our competition terms and conditions.

 

Promoter

  • This promotion is run by Amova Asset Management NZ Limited ("Amova"), located at 48 Shortland Street, Auckland, 1010, New Zealand.

Entry and Prize

  • By entering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from Amova Asset Management NZ Limited.
     
    • The prize consists of: An initial online consultation session with an independent financial advice provider; and
    • $500 deposited into a GoalsGetter investment following the session with an independent financial advice provider.*

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • There are three prizes to be drawn.  One winner will be drawn from the entries into the GoalsGetter website draw and two winners from the entries via Instagram.

  • For Instagram entries participants must comment on their ‘getter’ (goal), follow the GoalsGetter Instagram page and tag a friend.

  • For website entries participants must name their ‘getter’ (goal), and fill in the online entry form.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, declines the prize, or does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, Amova may select an alternative winner.

  • To receive the $500 investment prize, the winner must satisfy any requirements necessary to establish a GoalsGetter investment.

  • Winners may be invited to participate in publicity activities relating to the promotion. Participation is voluntary and any use of personal information or images will be subject to the winner's consent.

  • There are no obligations to purchase Amova NZ products  beyond investing the $500 prize.

  • The financial adviser is independent of Amova. Any advice provided is the responsibility of the adviser. Amova is not responsible for the advice provided and does not control the recommendations made by the adviser. The adviser may determine that no financial advice is required or appropriate.

  • A GoalsGetter investment is not required to enter the competition, but if you win and do not have one you will be required to set one up (the adviser may assist with this).

*You may choose not to receive financial advice and instead select a GoalsGetter investment yourself for the $500 to be invested into.

 

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • One entry per person is permitted.

  • Entrants must be New Zealand residents and hold a valid New Zealand driver's licence or passport. 

  • Employees of Amova Asset Management NZ Limited, their immediate family members, and any agencies, contractors, or partners involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter. 

  • Open to both new and existing GoalsGetter members.


Promotion Period 

  • Entries close at 11:59pm NZDT on Monday 30 November 2026.

  • The winner will be drawn at random and will be announced on Friday 4 December 2026 on Instagram.

  • The winners will be notified via email or Instagram direct message.


Privacy

  • By entering this promotion, participants consent to Amova collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion. Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Amova's Privacy Policy. If a participant wins the promotion, Amova may provide the winner's contact details and other information reasonably necessary to arrange the consultation session to the independent financial adviser.

  • Amova NZ will separately discuss any personal information that might be disclosed in the course of marketing the outcome of the competition.
