15. Identity Check
Search for your address in line 1. If your address does not automatically populate you can write your address in manually in all three address fields.
Sometimes flat numbers, or building levels are not recognised. If you cannot find your address and have a flat or building level number. Enter only the main street address in line 1 and the flat/building number in line 2.
Driver licence or passport numbers have a set alphanumeric value and will not be accepted if completed incorrectly.
Tick that you consent to electronic verification and proceed to the next step.
If you are transferring to our KiwiSaver Scheme, we’ll notify IRD and your previous provider.
You’ll receive confirmation of your transfer once completed. This can take up to 35 business days depending on your previous provider.
If you are making a voluntary contribution for your investment, the details you’ll need to do this are in the welcome email. The Nikko AM KiwiSaver Scheme is set up as a company on all bank’s internet banking directories and can be found by searching ‘Nikko’. You’ll be prompted to enter your IRD number, investment number and name on the payment. These details are in your welcome email.
Once you’ve made a deposit to us, it will take a few days to process. Once processed you’ll be able to see this in ‘My Transactions’ in your retirement goal in GoalsGetter.
